I’m not about fancy labels and theoretical models. I bring significant lived leadership experience, coupled with expertise in executive coaching and conflict management, to help unlock the capabilities that drive success for individuals and teams. I’ve been a health company leader of teams as well as a consultant in human experience, leader development, and high performing teams. I’m also a wife, a mother of adult children and a daughter of an elderly parent. I’ve experienced the good, the bad, and the ugly of the professional world. I know what it’s like to be a part of and to lead a great team, and I know what it’s like to feel like you’re not in the right place professionally and how to carve out a path to success. My career has always been guided by my values of service, integrity, excellence, and especially continuous learning. 

I have more than 30 years of successful experience primarily in the health industry in the U.S. and abroad with culture transformation, leadership development,  and performance excellence for health systems, public health agencies, and life sciences companies.  I served as Vice President and Consulting Manager at Press Ganey, Director of Performance Improvement at Vizient, Director of Commissioning in England’s National Health Service, and Senior Principal at McChrystal Group. 

I hold a Master of Business Administration - Health Care Management from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Colby College.  I am a Certified Executive Leadership Coach and a Certified Mediator.
